Diverse Clientele

About me:

I am a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, work-related stress, and relationship concerns. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and evidence-based, creating a safe space where you can pause, reflect, and begin healing. Having worked across India, Singapore, and Australia with respected organizations, I bring a culturally sensitive perspective to therapy. I offer sessions in English and Hindi, and I am committed to helping you build resilience, gain deeper self-awareness, and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice from the University of Delhi. I am a member of the Singapore Psychological Society, The Singapore Association for Counsellors, and an affiliate of the American Psychological Association.

Outside of my therapeutic work, I enjoy painting, nature walks, playing board games with my family, and quiet moments with a good book and coffee on the balcony.

If you're looking for a compassionate, skilled, and culturally attuned psychologist to walk alongside you in your mental health journey, you're in the right place.

Online Therapy

I currently offer remote sessions for clients all over the globe, through secure, confidential online platforms. This allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space while receiving the same quality of care.

In Maya Angelou`s words: You may not control all the events that happen to you but you can decide not to be reduced by them.

Healing deepens when we meet our pain with curiosity rather than escape!!

Nimisha Jain

My inspiration for building this space

As I navigated through various life changes—both small and big—struggling to keep my head above water, what comforted me most was having a safe space to explore my thoughts, fears, and anxieties. It was a space where I felt truly heard, seen, and understood. A space that did not question my experiences or my existence.

This space gave me the strength to keep fighting what needed to be fought and to protect what needed safeguarding. It became a place where I could heal and slowly feel like myself again.

In difficult times, disconnecting from ourselves and others can feel like a form of relief, but it often leaves us feeling isolated and alone—when what we may really need is connection, compassion, and understanding.

At The Peace Place

Our story begins with a simple truth: healing feels possible when we have a safe space to be seen, heard, and accepted — just as we are. Support groups at The Peace Place were born from this belief, offering connection and care in times when life feels overwhelming or isolating.

Our Core Values

Safety First
We know that healing can only begin in spaces where you feel secure. Our groups are built on confidentiality, trust, and respect, so you never have to walk through your struggles alone.

Compassion & Understanding
Like the space that once held us in our hardest moments, we meet you with warmth, empathy, and gentleness — without judgment.

Connection & Belonging
We believe disconnection often deepens our pain. In our groups, shared stories remind us that we are not alone — we belong, together.

Strength & Resilience
Your journey has already given you inner strength. Our role is to help you see it, nurture it, and walk alongside you as you grow.

Inclusivity & Respect
Every identity, culture, and lived experience is welcomed and honored here. Your presence enriches our shared circle of healing.

Our Philosophy

We believe that healing does not mean the absence of pain..It means being able to show up with compassion in the face of pain.

  • We believe that:

    • Safe, caring spaces can restore connection with ourselves and others.

    • No one should feel isolated in their struggles.

    • Growth comes not from being “fixed,” but from being supported, understood, and empowered.

At The Peace Place, you are seen. You are valued. You are not alone!!

The Peace Place is represented by the dove with an olive branch — a timeless symbol of peace, healing, and renewal. The dove reflects freedom and calm, and the olive branch signifies hope and new beginnings- Together, they represent the therapeutic process — a journey toward healing, balance, and growth.

The Peace Place offers a safe and supportive environment for emotional well-being. Designed to reflect balance and clarity, it embodies the essence of mental health care — a space where individuals can heal, grow, and rediscover their inner strength.

The Peace Place is not just a name, but a sanctuary where healing truly finds home.
